We couldn’t have been happier the weather held off for these two. Cheers to you Jasmine and Caren!
I am so excited to be sharing this GORGEOUS York, Maine wedding. Spring fever has us dreaming back to this day! You can just feel the warm sun and smell those beautiful flowers. Tyler and Sarah live not far from York, Maine but it was a destination for many of their family and friends. And they were treated to one of the most beautiful days that Maine had to offer! Sunshine, blue skies and just the right amount of ocean breeze. How good is that?! It’s what you cross your fingers for when planning a wedding at the Hartley Mason Reserve.
Tyler and Sarah took a very relaxed approach to their day with plenty of time to soak it all in and spend time with guests. But we loved that they sat off to the side at their very own little sweat heart table to sit back and enjoy dinner together! We hope that these two carve out time like that in all the years to come!
One of the perks of a seaside wedding; beach portraits with perfectly placed Maine lobster traps.
One Word: Elegant.
York, Maine is a special place to Allie and Ashley and was the obvious choice for their wedding celebration! Allie got ready at her Grandmothers home overlooking York Harbor beach and their reception took place at her Uncles home just around the bend. One of the best parts of this day was just how special and intimate it felt. Both brides brought their own personal style to the day and it just felt like they had a very special part in every little touch.
Their excitement, energy and love for each other was nearly tangible throughout their celebration. Tears of joy were shed as Ashley met Allie at the alter, cheers were heard (loudly if I might add) as they were pronounced married and laughter filled the tent during dinners toasts. And speaking of toasts! Allie’s sister (with the help of all guests) gave one of the most amazing, creative and heartfelt toasts I have ever witnessed! Taking from the couple’s history with running marathons she likened their future together to running the Boston Marathon. Just like in their life together they have many, many supporters, who at various mile markers would jump up with signs of support and love cheering them on!! It was fantastic! The whole place was on their feet and cheering for them! It was beautiful. Allie and Ashley we hope that your marathon together is filled with the same beauty and love that surrounded you on your wedding day…. and I have a pretty darn good feeling it will be. Cheers!

What better way to get ourselves in the holiday spirit than to have a party?! Kate Martin with Beautiful Days worked her magic yet again to bring some holiday cheer into the studio. It was so nice to see familiar faces of family and friends alike. With sweet treats, hot beverages, and a fun festive Photo Booth it sure was a good time had by all. Thank you again to all who came to make that evening a blast. We wish all of you best wishes in your holiday season and a happy New Year! We will see you all next year when we open our office back up on Monday January 5th 2015!
We couldn’t be more excited for Holly and Beau and their spectacular York, Maine wedding day. It really couldn’t have been anymore beautiful as Holly walked across the lawn with her Dad to see her soon to be husband for the first time. Everyone was smiling ear to ear as they were pronounced husband and wife. We took full advantage of the picturesque location for some fun portraits of the newlyweds around York and then joined guests inside at the Meeting House for dinner and dancing. Cheers to Holly and Beau!
