I can’t think of a better way to have kicked off this wedding season than to have been a part of Kimberly and Tim’s Maple Rock Farm wedding. Although I have many favorite moments from their celebration, I’d have to say one of my favorites was stealing them away before the party started. With so much to do and so many people to see, taking a few moments to enjoy some time together alone is just so special. I can’t wait to share more images from their wedding on the blog soon!
Maple Rock Farm is one of those properties that is beautiful no matter what the season. But I must say it is exceptionally amazing in the fall! Julia and Peter took advantage of all the gorgeous character Maple Rock Farm has to offer for their October wedding. An old farm house, tall maple trees, stone walls, an apple orchard and a HUGE barn! It was a photographers dream! But, with it being October in Maine you never know what you will get for weather and let’s just say it was a little chilly for their big day (freezing cold with a snow flurry later that night!). But looking at Julia and Peter you would never know. They were so happy to finally be getting married and celebrating with all their family and friends. They could hardly take their eyes of each other all night long and the way Peter snuggled his new wife in close to keep her warm just made you smile. These two are just so happy to be together. Just as simple as that. Julia and Peter we hope no matter what the weather brings you in your years ahead it’s always full of snuggles, hand holding and cozy nights just like your wedding day. Cheers to you both!
