The Barn at Flanagan Farm is one of our favorite venues to work at. Tucked away in Buxton, Maine the venue is perfect for a wedding: the cozy farmhouse to stay in for the weekend with your family or friends, a quiet sanctuary in the woods for your ceremony, beautiful grounds for photos, and of course their lovely barn for dinner and dancing. One great bonus of Flanagan Farm is their grooms cottage. Jordan was able to start the day spending a little bit of time with the groomsmen before photographing getting ready with Elizabeth and her bridesmaids. The couple shared a sweet first look in the woods and we cannot get over Garrett snuggling Elizabeth after seeing her for the first time. The entire day was filled with lots of laughs and happy tears. Cheers to many more days of laughing together Elizabeth and Garrett!

When chatting with Chuck and Melissa about their wedding day photos we got SUPER excited that they wanted to take full advantage of all the beautiful locations that Hidden Pond has to offer. It’s one of Maine’s most unique wedding venues and one of the many reasons we love photographing there!

These two are just the sweetest. Their smiles tell the whole story. This was a celebration and the warmth, excitement and heartfelt tears kept us smiling all day long. Chuck and Melissa, it was an honor to be there to capture your wedding day! Cheers to the two of you and may all the smiles, hugs and love that surrounded you on this day be felt everyday!

This year’s wedding season kicked off with Kimberly and Tim’s wedding at Maple Rock Farm in Parsonsfield, Maine. May at Maple Rock Farm is just beautiful! Although we just missed the apple blossoms on the trees in the orchard, Spring had finally sprung and everything was lush, green, and gorgeous. I was so excited to be a part of Kimberly and Tim’s big day because THEY were just so excited and kept talking about how much they wanted their day to just be the best party they ever threw. It’s so fun when couples add so many personal touches to their celebration; Kimberly made all of the bridesmaids jewelry (gorgeous bracelets and earrings), ┬áher father made the arbor they were married under, and the signature cocktails were the couples’ very own recipes, and their favorite Maine touches like Funky Bow beer and lobster rolls! Their day surely was an AMAZING party and all who attended had such a great time. Kimberly and Tim, cheers to many more amazing parties and happy times together!
