We absolutely LOVE when a couple infuses so much personality into their wedding celebration! Jordan had the pleasure of working with Jesse and Geoff and upon learning of their plans for their big day was immediately excited…who wouldn’t be?! The couple talked about wanting to give their guests an authentic Portland, Maine experience and cruising around Casco Bay on the Bay Mist for their wedding ceremony was just perfect. The whole day was sprinkled with such fun details: a vintage taxi, fire engine to transport the wedding party, food stations including Asian street food and mac and cheese, a donut wall….a donut wall!!! Jesse and Geoff we wish you many more happy years together filled with good food, good company, and donuts of course!
Jordan had the pleasure of meeting Katie and John at John’s family home for an e-session before their wedding day. Their love of the area and the coast made it clear The Cliff House in Ogunquit was the perfect location for their wedding celebration. Being right on the rocks, that close to the water, celebrating with the people closest to you is really about as good as it gets! These two are so loved! Listening to some of the most heart felt toasts and seeing everyone come together to bring the party to the dance floor, it was obvious they were all together to celebrate Katie and John. Katie and John we wish you many more happy nights together filled with friends, laughs, and nonstop dance parties!
Lindsay and Zack exchanging vows on stage was surely one of the sweetest performances we’d seen.
One of the sweetest moments of the day by far was when Chrissy surprised Max with a boat ride at sunset. Can this be a thing at all weddings?!
The best feeling. Holding your bride to be oh so tightly after seeing her for the first time.
Sneaking away to enjoy the sunset together was the perfect ending to Chris and Meggan’s Peaks Island Wedding.
Your wedding day is filled with family, friends, details, and so much fun…be sure to take a moment together to soak it all in.
This year’s wedding season kicked off with Kimberly and Tim’s wedding at Maple Rock Farm in Parsonsfield, Maine. May at Maple Rock Farm is just beautiful! Although we just missed the apple blossoms on the trees in the orchard, Spring had finally sprung and everything was lush, green, and gorgeous. I was so excited to be a part of Kimberly and Tim’s big day because THEY were just so excited and kept talking about how much they wanted their day to just be the best party they ever threw. It’s so fun when couples add so many personal touches to their celebration; Kimberly made all of the bridesmaids jewelry (gorgeous bracelets and earrings), her father made the arbor they were married under, and the signature cocktails were the couples’ very own recipes, and their favorite Maine touches like Funky Bow beer and lobster rolls! Their day surely was an AMAZING party and all who attended had such a great time. Kimberly and Tim, cheers to many more amazing parties and happy times together!
There was just something so sweet about how these two looked at each other.
What could be better than gorgeous sunset photos at the Cliff House with a beautiful, fun couple like Katie and John?!
